Company History

On-line Abstract, Ltd. was founded as a settlement company in 1996 by CEO Michael D. Morici. Today On-line Abstract has evolved as a title company, and is a recognized leader for providing residential and commercial title services throughout New York State, and largely, the Greater New York Metropolitan Area. Robert Morici serves as the company's Vice President and sits on the Board of Directors. Since founded, On-line Abstract, Ltd. prides itself on its integrity, legal expertise, and hands-on management. In 2004, Michael D. Morici, Jr. was named COO, and he has been primarily responsible for the management and growth of the Company.
